My wife is a phenom in the kindergarten world… she’s the best teacher this city has. She’s created a blog that her kids write on each day. It’s pretty funny stuff… take the time to go check it out!

Something to chew on…

I came across this quote recently and had to re-read several times. I thought I would share it with you.

Meditations for the night…

Well, I’m at that place again where I find myself trying to control the journey. Sound familiar? I was sitting in my rocking chair out on the back porch. I do that often to let my thoughts settle, pray, and just be out under the stars. There’s something peaceful and therapeutic about staring up at the stars. I’m still blown away when I think about the words of the Psalmist in Psalm 33:6 “By the word of the LORD were the heavens made, their starry host by the breath of His mouth.” I found myself tonight in desperate need of a Word from God, but I didn’t really know how or what to pray? Ever had a moment like that? I had my iPod and was listening to some stuff. Music has always played such a huge role in my walk with Christ. Tonight God used music to minister to me a bit. I thought I would share some of it with you. 

I’ll try to get my pics from the Live Love Conference up tomorrow, along with the pics of when I watched Air Force One land back on Jan. 20th.
